Here's the description from the MTA "Arts for Transit" site. Joshua Spodek, Submedia, Eyal Ohana, Molly Schwartz, Igal Nassima, Brett Murphy are the credited artists with Joshua Spodek as the lead.
The installation is in the wall a few feet away from the token booth. The images are projected onto mirrors which appear to move -to animate- as you pass by.
The images change every 30 seconds or so.
